Der FC Porto ist ein portugiesischer Traditionsverein. Neben Benfica Lissabon und Sporting Lissabon ist er im realen Leben einer der drei Großen des portugiesischen Fußballs. Bei BMO gehört der FC Porto seit der Saison 8, als Portugal zum BMO-Universum hinzukam, zur SuperLiga, der ersten portugiesischen Liga.

Saison 13
Die 13. BMO-Saison beendete der FC Porto auf Platz 3 der SuperLiga. Mit 65 Punkten lagen die Dragaos 10 Punkte hinter dem Überraschungsmeister Vitoria Guimaraes und drei Punkte hinter dem Zweiten FC Vitoria Setubal. Die meisten Tore für die Portuenser erzielten Marco Betis, Marek Heinz und Moussa N'Diaye mit je 14 Treffern. Neuzugang Torwart Stefan Wessels war der am häufigsten eingesetzte Spieler.
Im Taca de Portugal überstand der FC Porto nicht einmal die Vorrunde. Beim FC Vitoria Setubal gab es eine 4:6-Niederlage.
Saison 14
Die Saison 14 war die bislang erfolgreichste Saison des FC Porto. Nach langem Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen mit dem FC Vitoria Setubal errang das Team am Ende mit 79 Punkten, drei mehr als Setubal, die portugiesische Meisterschaft. Nach fünf Jahren gelang dem FC Porto damit als erste Mannschaft Portugals, die Meisterschaft ein zweites Mal zu gewinnen.
Auch im Taca de Portugal schaffte es der FC Porto bis ins Finale. Dort bezwang er Maritimo Funchal glücklich mit 1:0 und sicherte sich damit zum zweiten Mal in der Vereinsgeschichte den Pokalsieg. Als zweite Mannschaft nach Benfica Lissabon gelang den Portuensern damit das Double.
