Der Helsingborgs Idrottsförening, in der Regel als Helsingborgs IF oder insbesondere in Schweden als HIF abgekürzt, ist ein schwedischer Fußballverein aus dem südschwedischen Helsingborg. Für die Zeit zwischen 1912 und 1971 findet sich die Schreibweise Hälsingborgs IF, als die Stadtbezeichnung aufgrund einer Rechtschreibreform geändert bzw. diese Änderung im Rahmen einer Gemeindereform im Jahre 1971 rückgängig gemacht wurde.
Beim BMO wurde der Verein in der Saison 14 in den Länderverbund Skandinavien aufgenommen. Seit dem Aufstieg in der Saison 24 war das Team ein fester Bestandteil der Skandinavia 1. Der Abgang des langjährigen Managers Nico-008 zum FC St. Pauli konnte durch die Verpflichtung des Rückkehrers John Grimes, der das Team in seiner Gründerzeit schon einmal betreut hatte, aufgefangen werden. Nach einigen Managerwechseln ist das Team seit Saison 53 dauerhaft in Skandinavia 2 und pendelt dort zwischen den Plätzen 5 und 10.
