Junge Jahre bei SC Rheindorf Altach
Seine Karriere begann Justice Kalla bei SC Rheindorf Altach. Dort jedoch galt er schon fast als abgeschrieben, da er sich erst am Ende seiner dritten Saison das erste Mal aufwertete. Doch dann ging die Entwicklung rasant weiter, jede Saison legte er an Stärke zu. In Saison 24 erhielt er einen Vertrag bei der Profabteilung, als er mittlerweile Stärke 4 erreicht hatte.
Kalla aber wollte sich nicht mit einem Abstiegskandidaten in der Alpenliga zufrieden geben. Manager D-Lehm entwickelte Interesse an ihm und wollte ihn zum großen AC Mailand lotsen. Für 3,5 Mio € und einen mitteltalentierten Spieler sollte Kalla zur Saison 25 nach Mailand wechseln.
AC Mailand (Saison 24 bis 32)
Justice Kalla wurde noch im Saisonübergang aufgewertet und kam so als 19-Jähriger Spieler der Stärke 5 zu den Amateuren des AC Mailand. Erfolge konnte er dort keine erringen, da AC Mailand (Am) stets im gesicherten Mittelfeld blieb. Doch seine Entwicklung ging voran: als 21-Jähriger erreichte er Spielstärke 7 und wurde erstmals in den Profikader beförderte. Hier sammelte er Erfahrungen auf höchstem Niveau und erhielt auch vereinzelte internationale Einsätze. Er erreichte Spielstärke 8. Doch unter Manager Micky60, der in Saison 31 die Geschicke des AC Mailand in die Hände nahm, war die Perspektive von Justice Kalla in Mailand praktisch am Ende.
Malmo FF (Saison 31)
Zur Saison 31 wurde Justice Kalla für eine Leihgebühr von 500.000€ nach Skandinavien, an Malmö FF ausgeliehen. Hier sollte er Spielpraxis sammeln und sich weiter entwickeln. Doch das nordische Klima sagte dem Kameruner überhaupt nicht zu und so kam er eine Saison später unverändert zum AC Mailand zurück.
CS Marítimo Funchal (ab Saison 32)
Zunächst kehrte Kalla also zum AC Mailand zurück. Doch er blieb unglücklich und suchte nach einem neuen Verein. Manager Marquinho wurde auf ihn aufmerksam wurde. Dieser lockte Kalla mit gepflegtem Französisch, angenehmem Klima und einer Aussicht auf einen Stammplatz zu CS Marítimo Funchal. Passend ergab sich dabei, dass CS Marítimo Funchal in Zukunft auf die Dienste von Youssouf Ngotty verzichten wollte und ein Tausch vereinbart wurde.
In seiner ersten Saison bei Marítimo hatte Kalla gleich mit zwei Verletzungen zu kämpfen und kam somit nur sporadisch zum Einsatz. Er spät in der Rückrunde konnte er sich ins Team spielen und an Form zulegen. Im Saisonübergang wurde er dann mit einer Aufwertung auf Stärke 9 belohnt. Seitdem ist er fester Bestandteil der Abwehrkette von CS Marítimo Funchal.
Justice Kalla ist - dies nur als Randbemerkung - der zweite Spieler neben Nuredin Hristov, der aus der Jugendabteilung von SC Rheindorf Altach stammt und den Weg zu CS Marítimo Funchal gefunden hat.
