Neuerungen
Versteigerungen
Erstmals seit längerer Zeit wurden wieder sog. Bankspieler versteigert. Das Mindestgebot wurde dabei in allen Fällen auf 135% des Marktwertes festgelegt.
Ziel dieser Maßnahme war es einerseits, Spieler auf den Transfermarkt zu bringen, die in den letzten Saisons nicht mehr angeboten wurden. Also vor allem Spieler mit Stärken > 7 sowie junge, großtalentierte Spieler mit bereits höheren Spielstärken. Andererseits sollte damit die sehr hohen liquiden Mittel einiger Vereine abgebaut werden.
Ereignisse
Der Versand einer Massen-Mail kurz nach dem Saisonbeginn überlastete den Webserver und führte zu einem Totalausfall des Systems, von dem auch andere Anwendungen betroffen waren. BMO hat aus diesem Grund eine Abmahnung des Betreibers erhalten. Mit der Massen-Mail sollten frühere Manager animiert werden, sich wieder am Spiel zu beteiligen. Die meisten Mail-Accounts waren aber in der Zwischenzeit gelöscht worden.
