MSK ist das Akronym für Multiuser-Such-Kommission. Die MSK hat den Auftrag, unlauteren Wettbewerb im BMO-Universum aufzudecken und zur Anzeige zu bringen. Das weitere Verfahren erfolgt sodann vor dem Richtergremium.
Unter unlauterem Wettbewerb ist vor allem zu verstehen,
- als eine natürliche Person mehrere Manager-Accounts zu führen (Multiusing)
- Absprache beim Tore setzen zwischen zwei oder mehr Managern (Cheating)
- Neulinge bei Transfers auszunehmen
- Zu einseitige Transfers
- Ungenehmigte Transfers (bei eingetragener Beziehung).
