Die 1. Junioren-Bundesliga ist die höchste Spielklasse im deutschen Fußball in der Jugendmannschaften antreten und ist seit Saison 12 im BMO vertreten. In dieser Liga spielen ausschließlich Jugendmannschaften. In ihrer Gründungssaison hieß die 1. Junioren-Bundesliga noch Jugendliga A und war der Jugendliga B (der jetzigen 2. Junioren-Bundesliga) gleichgesetzt.
Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der 1. Junioren-Bundesliga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird deutscher Juniorenmeister. Aus der 1. Junioren-Bundesliga steigen die letzten drei Mannschaften in die 2. Junioren-Bundesliga ab.
Jugendmeister
Seit Saison 12 wird in Deutschland eine Jugendmeisterschaft ausgespielt. Da in dieser Saison allerdings zwei gleichberechtigte Jugendligen bestanden, welche nicht "übereinander" angeordnet waren gab es in dieser Saison zwei Titelträger. Der Titel konnte von folgenden Mannschaften errungen werden:
AufsteigerAus der 2. Junioren-Bundesliga steigen jede Saison der Zweitligameister sowie der Zweit- und Drittplatzierte in die 1. Junioren-Bundesliga auf (in Saison 14 auch der Viertplatzierte). Nach Saison 12 wurde die 1. Junioren-Bundesliga aus der jeweils stärkeren Hälfte der beiden Jugendligen gebildet. Es gab pro forma einen Absteiger, de facto stieg jedoch die halbe Liga ab, bzw. auf. Folgende Mannschaften sind bisher (regulär) aufgestiegen: Einen "Rekordaufsteiger" gibt es nicht, da keine Mannschaft bisher mehr als einmal aufgestiegen ist. AbsteigerDie Mannschaften, die am Ende der Saison auf den drei letzten Plätzen stehen, steigen in die 2. Junioren-Bundesliga ab (die letzten vier in Saison 14). Folgende Mannschaften sind bisher abgestiegen: Einen "Rekordabsteiger" gibt es nicht, da keine Mannschaft bisher mehr als einmal abgestiegen ist. |
