Mein Werdegang beim BMO
Es lief gerade Saison 18. In der Jobbörse waren damals mehrere Vereine aus der 1. und 2. Liga darunter auch Frankfurt frei. Ich schaffte es Frankfurt, vom Abstiegsplatz auf Rang 12 zu katapultieren. Bei den Amateuren und auch bei der Jugend, war der Abstand zum rettenden Ufer jedoch so groß, das es letztlich nicht reichte die jeweiligen Abstiege zu verhindern. In der Folgesaison konnte mit der Profiabteilung der recht überraschende Aufstieg in die Bundesliga realisiert werden. Es folgte aber auch der sofortige Abstieg in die Zweite Bundesliga. Zum Ende der Saison 22 waren dann die Verträge mit Mönchengladbach bereits klar, als mit der Amateurabteilung doch noch der Aufstieg gelang.
Von Saison 18-22 war ich bei Frankfurt tätig.
Danach folgte ein Wechsel zu Mönchengladbach, dort bin ich seit 3 Saisons tätig. Nachdem in der ersten Saison in Mönchengladbach nur Rang 10 erzielt wurde, lief es im 2ten Jahr besser und es wurde die EC-Qualifikationsrunde erreicht. Leider konnte ich mich dort nicht durchsetzen um in den EC zu gelangen. In Saison 25 wurde der 6te Platz erreicht und somit die direkte Teilnahme am EC.
Erfolge
Frankfurt (Am) Aufstieg Saison 22;
Mönchengladbach (Jug) Jugendmeisterschaft Saison 24;
Ziele
Aktuell will ich versuchen, Mönchengladbach in den Top 3 der Bundesliga zu etablieren um somit langfristig in der EL mitzuspielen.
Als weiteres Ziel wird der Pokalsieg in Saison 26 angestrebt.
