Der FC Zürich im Überblick
Der FC Zürich zählt neben dem AC Bellinzona und den nicht mehr im Spielbetrieb vertretenen Grasshoppers Zürich zu den erfolgreichsten Vereinen der Alpengeschichte. Aus einem mittelständischen Verein entwickelte sich der FC Zürich ab Saison 6 (mit der Amtsübernahme durch Manager KasparGoldlocke zu einem echten Topclub, der über mehrere Saisonen hinweg das Geschehen in der Alpenliga mitgeprägt hat. Zwischenzeitlich - aus finanztechnischen sowie altersbedingten Gründen - vollzog der FC Zürich einen Umbruch. Dieser scheint mittlerweile fast abgeschlossen zu sein, sodaß sich der FC Zürich wieder in beinahe alter Stärke zeigt.

Erfolge und Misserfolge
In seiner langen Vereinsgeschichte kann der FC Zürich auf eine Reihe von Erfolgen zurückblicken. Die größten davon waren sicherlich die bisherigen 6 Meistertitel und 4 Pokalsiege sowie vor allem der Europacupsieg in Saison 21. In der ewigen Tabelle der Alpen-Superliga führt der FC Zürich (mit erreichten 1770 Punkten) 263 Punkte vor dem AC Bellinzona (Stand Ende Saison 28)!
