Die neugegründete Jugendmannschaft konnte leider nicht den übermächtigen Gegnern Parole bieten und belegte gleich einen Abstiegsrang.

Alles in allem eine recht erfolgreiche Saison. Man erreichte in der Alpen-Bundesliga wieder das obere Mittelfeld und schied leider unglücklich durch ein FTCP im Achtelfinale gegen die Amateure aus Lugano aus. Die Amateure kämpften sich in einem Schlußsport noch ins Mittelfeld und die Jugend beendete die Saison auf einem gutem sechsten Platz.

In Saison 24 erreichte der SV Ried wieder das Achtelfinale des Pokals. Diesmal schied man gegen den übermächtigen FC Zürich aus. Die Porfis erreichten einen sehr guten 5. Tabellenplatz. Verfehlten damit aber leider das Saisonziel Aufstieg. Da war der Vorstand etwas zu übermütig. ;) Die Amateure belegten am Ende einen guten 4. Platz und erreichten ihr Saisonziel. Die Jugend des SVR belegte am Ende den 3. Platz der 2. Jugendliga, der zum Aufstieg in die 1. Jugendliga berechtigt. Durch den Aufstieg wurde auch hier das Saisonziel erreicht. Die Profis hatten in Saison 24 eine MaxStärke von 64 (unbeschränkt 68).
